They are more than enough for daily driving and will handle some aggressiveness, unless you get too carried away. Bridgestone makes plenty of claims about how good the Dueler H/L Alenza Plus is in wet conditions and I have to agree.
The tire’s traction on damp roads is excellent, offering more than enough to minimize slip in most cases. Going into a corner is an equally positive experience, and the grip levels will help you go around a corner without any problems. It is a bit prone to understeer, but you’ll need to go faster to see that happening. Like most tires, you can push it past its limits and get it to slip, something that most people won’t experience in their lifetime. The braking distances are exceptional, putting the tire near the top of its class.
Going for a symmetric patten helps with water evacuation, allowing the tire to offer excellent aquaplaning resistance. The result of this is a very stable tire in pouring rain when driving over standing water.
Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza Plus in Snow
The Dueler H/L Alenza Plus is an all-season tire, meaning that it’s M+S rated, so you’re getting decent winter performance.
It can deal with slightly colder temperatures well and the snow performance is adequate. The traction is enough to be usable and the braking distances are well within the safe zone. It’s not as planted as a proper winter tire, but it gets the job done. With that said, there are 3PMSF rated tires that are a bit better.
Ice is something that I’d recommend avoiding if possible. While there is some traction, it’s not the best, even when compared to some of its rivals.

As a tire designed for use on paved roads, the Dueler H/L Alenza Plus shouldn’t be your first pick for off-roading. While it may do some acceptable job on dirt roads, it’s far from an all-terrain tire. In addition to that, it’s not designed to withstand any off-road conditions, meaning that you risk damaging it.
